Ambras Castle is a Renaissance castle on a hill above Innsbruck, laid out by Archduke Ferdinand II. It is known for its Chamber of Art and Curiosities, its collection of arms and armour and its gallery of Habsburg portraits, as well as the splendid Spanish Hall. It is surrounded by extensive parkland.
