Maria-Theresien-Straße is Innsbruck's main and best-known street, with the snow-capped Nordkette framed at the end of the boulevard. Shops, cafés and historic buildings line it, and St. Anne's Column (Annasäule) rises in the middle. It is a popular promenade and shopping street.
