The gardens of the Weihenstephan-Triesdorf University of Applied Sciences on Weihenstephan hill. The best known is the Sichtungsgarten, a trial and teaching garden for perennials founded in 1947 and covering more than 5 hectares, alongside the Court Garden (Hofgarten) and other themed gardens; entry is free.
