Asam Building and Town Museum (Asamgebäude)

A four-winged Baroque building on Marienplatz that housed a church college with a grammar school from 1695 to 1803. The west wing contains the Asam Hall with a ceiling painted by Hans Georg Asam in 1711, and after restoration the Freising Town Museum reopened here in 2024, in about three times its former space.
